Who we are

Vajrashakti is not a traditional chemical company.

This is hard work on hard problems: energetic materials, process safety, and a plant that has to meet defence standards from its first lot. If that isn’t for you, that’s fine. But if you want to build a capability India has never had, if you are proud to supply the armed forces, and if you are as at home on the plant floor as at a desk, we want to hear from you.

How we work

Gloved hands working on machinery
01
Safety

Energetic materials leave no room for shortcuts. Procedures, buildings and shifts are designed around one rule: everyone goes home safe.

02
Ownership

We are building from the ground up. You will set up systems rather than inherit them, and you will own the results.

03
Precision

A grade is a window a few tenths of a per cent wide. We hold that standard everywhere, from lab data to maintenance logs.

04
Speed

The country needs this capacity soon. We move quickly, decide clearly and fix problems the day we find them.

Mission

What we make goes into India’s defence supply. Every role here, from the lab to the plant floor, serves that purpose.

Who we hire

Process engineers. Energetic-materials chemists. Controls, quality and EHS professionals. One mission: sovereign capability.

Design, commission and run nitration, stabilisation and finishing lines. Mass balances, scale-up and steady improvement of a continuous process.

Grade development, recipe validation and troubleshooting across the JSS 1376 military grades, working between the laboratory and the plant.

Distributed control, independent safety-instrumented systems and the instruments that keep a continuous line inside its window.

Lot testing for nitrogen content, solubility, viscosity and stability, with records that trace every lot back to its raw material.

Hazard studies, explosives safety, environmental compliance and a safety culture that holds on every shift.

Shift operations, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and the discipline a defence-grade plant demands.
